Happy 16th Birthday, Tegan Henegar!

Today we are celebrating Ohio Stealth 16U Kelley’s own dynamic and fearless outfielder. If you’ve seen her play, you know she’s a force to be reckoned with—but there’s a lot more to Tegan than just her skills in the grass.

The Legacy of #15

Tegan proudly wears #15, a jersey with a lot of history. Not only was it Coach Sean’s old number, but it’s the same number worn by the legendary Cincinnati Reds' "Big Red Machine" left fielder, George Foster. She carries that legacy well every time she steps onto the field!

"The Hardest Head in the Game"

We all know Tegan is tough, but she proved it beyond a doubt when she slid head-first into home and took a hit to the head from a crazy tag by the opposing pitcher that would’ve leveled anyone else. In true Tegan fashion, she shook it off and insisted on staying in the game! While we stuck to the concussion protocol (safety first!), her "hard-headed" determination is exactly what makes her such a powerhouse.

Beyond the Diamond

When she’s not making big plays, she’s keeping the dugout on its toes with her signature dry and sarcastic sense of humor. We love the personality and grit she brings to this team every single day.
